You will soon be able to download the Office 2010 Beta from the Office 2010 Beta site which is here: http://officebeta.microsoft.com/

I like what I have seen of the Backstage feature. The easy-to-use view shows file level functionality in Office applications. Basically it replaces the Office and File menus. See the Excel 2010 version below.
